# ToonTone — Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ToonTone mobile application (the "App") published by Feel Apps Yazılım ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

## 1. Eligibility
ToonTone is rated 4+ on the App Store, but our social features (leaderboard, friends, async multiplayer) are intended for users aged 13 and over. By using the social features you confirm that you are at least 13 years old.

## 2. Your account
- You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account, including any matches you play and friend requests you send.
- You agree not to impersonate another person or pick a `@username` that contains hate speech, harassment, or sexually explicit content. We reserve the right to reclaim usernames that violate these rules.
- You may have only one account at a time. Creating multiple accounts to manipulate the leaderboard or harass other players will result in suspension.

## 3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Harass, threaten, defame, or impersonate any other player
- Submit false reports about other users
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the App
- Bypass our security rules or interfere with our infrastructure
- Use automated tools, scripts, or bots to play matches or manipulate scores
- Spam other players with friend requests or invites
If we detect abuse we reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account without notice.

## 4. User-submitted content
The only data you actively submit to ToonTone is your display name, `@username` handle, and the colour guesses you make in matches. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display this content as needed to render the leaderboard, your profile, and any matches you participate in. You retain all rights to your own data and may delete it at any time.
If you submit a report about another player, you agree that we may store and review the report.

## 5. Subscription (ToonTone Pro)
- ToonTone offers an optional auto-renewing subscription called ToonTone Pro, sold through Apple's in-app purchase system. Pricing and the renewal period are shown in the App and on the App Store before you subscribe.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription auto-renews at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends.
- You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time via Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone or iPad.
- Refunds are handled by Apple at apple.com/legal/itunes/. We are not able to issue refunds directly.
- Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase the subscription.

## 6. Intellectual property
- The ToonTone App, brand, original artwork, custom icons, and sound design are © Feel Apps Yazılım and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.
- ToonTone is an independent fan tribute to characters and series we grew up with. Character names referenced inside levels are used nominatively — that is, only as the recognised way to identify a character — for trivia and educational purposes. All artwork in the App is original to ToonTone and inspired by, but not copied from, the source material.
- ToonTone is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of the characters, series, studios, or rights holders referenced in our levels. If you are a rights holder and have a concern, please email support@feelapps.co

## 7. Block, report, and moderation
You can block other players from finding or contacting you via Friend Profile → Block. Blocked players cannot send you friend requests, challenge you, or appear in your search results.
You can report inappropriate behaviour via Friend Profile → Report. We review reports manually and may remove offending users. False reports are themselves a violation of these Terms.

## 8. Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability. We do not guarantee that the App will be free of bugs, downtime, or data loss.

## 9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Feel Apps Yazılım is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the App. Our total liability under these Terms is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, and never more than $50.

## 10. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the service. On termination, your right to use the App ends immediately; sections 6 (IP), 8 (warranties), 9 (liability), and 11 (governing law) survive.

## 11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the courts of Istanbul, Türkiye.

## 12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision. If we make material changes we will notify you in the App. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
